Learn from every session. Stop losing your context. Make Claude follow real workflows. Three skills, ready to install.
Run it at the end of a session. It scans the conversation for corrections, redone work, missing steps, and new patterns that worked.
Then it proposes specific changes to your existing skills - new rules, fallback steps, anti-patterns to avoid. You approve, the skills update. Next session is smarter than the last.

Whenever your context window gets too full, transfer the work to a fresh agent. Two modes:
immediate - builds the handoff prompt and puts it on your clipboard. Paste in the next session and continue.
park - writes the handoff into the session file itself. Resume later by reopening the session.
Either way, your work is preserved as a structured Progress entry. The session file is the persistent record.
The skill that helps you create skills. Lean SKILL.md as a router, with stages pointing to workflow files. Each workflow is a playbook for one specific operation.
Progressive disclosure: only the metadata sits in context. Full SKILL.md loads when triggered. Bundled scripts and references load when needed.

Skills come from your actual usage. Do the work first - record a video, prepare a workshop, ship a feature. Package it as a skill afterwards while context is fresh.
